When you visit this website, our hosting provider stores technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data and is deleted when the host’s retention period expires.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no third-party content. Fonts and graphics are hosted on our own server. Your language choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us.

4. Contact by e-mail and contact form

The contact form does not send any data to us; it opens your own e-mail program. When you write to us, we process your name, e-mail address and message in order to answer your request. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Clients, artists and business partners

When we work together, we process the data required for this (e.g. contact, contract, billing and scheduling data). The legal basis is the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Where necessary for our services, we share data with our partner firms (lawyers, tax advisors), who are bound by professional secrecy. Transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area take place only if the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are met.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Please write to info@forwardpulse.net.
