Terms and conditions

Last updated: November 2026

General terms and conditions of FORWARDPULSE LTD, Larnaca, Republic of Cyprus (registration no. HE 476929).

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts of FORWARDPULSE LTD (“we”) with its clients, in particular artists, companies and business partners (“client”). Deviating terms of the client apply only if we agree to them in writing. Individual agreements take precedence over these terms.

2. Services

We provide services in artist and music management, in the management of companies and projects, and in bookkeeping. Type and scope follow from the respective agreement. We owe the careful performance of the agreed activity, not a particular commercial or artistic result.

3. Legal and tax advice

We do not provide legal or tax advice. Such services are provided exclusively by independent, admitted partner firms under their own engagement with the client and under their own liability. We make the introduction and coordinate the cooperation.

4. Conclusion of contract

The content of our website is not a binding offer. A contract is concluded by a written agreement or by our written confirmation of the engagement; e-mail is sufficient.

5. Client cooperation

The client provides us with all information and documents required for the services in good time, completely and correctly, and informs us of material changes.

6. Fees and payment

Fees follow the respective agreement, plus statutory VAT where applicable. Invoices are payable without deduction within 14 days of receipt. Expenses (e.g. travel costs) are reimbursed as agreed.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract and capped at the fees paid by the client under the contract concerned in the preceding twelve months. Partner firms are liable for their own services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties keep all confidential information of the other party confidential, including after the contract ends.

9. Term and termination

Unless agreed otherwise, either party may terminate a contract in writing with one month’s notice to the end of a calendar month. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

10. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If the client is a consumer, the mandatory protective provisions and any place of jurisdiction of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

12. Language and final provisions

These terms are available in English and German; in case of discrepancies, the English version prevails. Amendments must be made in writing. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
